Port Arthur City Wide Ushers Union will hold its 16e Annual memorial service at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Greater Macedonian Baptist Church, 1224 Houston Ave. Reverend Glenn Holmes Sr. will deliver the message. All Port Arthur bailiffs are invited to attend. You do not need to be a member of the City Wide Ushers Union to attend. Relatives of deceased bailiffs are invited to attend the service.
